Job summary

Pratt & Whitney is seeking an NDT Senior Manager to lead a team of certified experts in support of internal centers and the supply base at East Hartford. You will own NDT methods, drive improvements, and collaborate with operations, quality, engineering, and supply chain leaders to prioritize critical tasks.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree (or advanced degree) and 7–10+ years of experience in NDT, with SAP and Microsoft Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of NDT methods in an operations environment (Ultrasonic, X-Ray, Penetrant, Etch, Eddy Current).
• Strong management experience leading cross-functional and technical teams.
• Experience with SAP and Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of certified technical experts supporting the supply base and internal centers.
• Drive continuous improvement and communicate risks to upper management.
• Collaborate with operations, quality, engineering, and supply chain teams.
• Ensure scalability of NDT processes and supplier oversight.
