Job summary

Pratt & Whitney, a world leader in aircraft engines, seeks an Ultrasonic Testing (UT) Level 3 SME to join the Columbus Forge NDT team onsite in Columbus, GA. You will develop and improve UT NDT processes, support audits and certifications, and provide technical guidance and training to production staff.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) with 8+ years of NDT experience or an advanced degree with 5+ years, and you must be able to obtain PW UT Level 3 certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience; minimum 8 years NDT experience, or 5 years with an advanced degree.
• Ability to gain Pratt & Whitney UT Level 3 certification.

Responsibilities

• Support UT NDT audits and certifications.
• Provide technical guidance and training.
