Job summary

M1 Support Services, headquartered in Denton, TX, is seeking an experienced NDI Specialist to perform Level II nondestructive inspections on aircraft and support equipment. You will work on and off equipment, develop techniques, and document radiographs with minimal supervision.

The role requires MIL-STD-410 proficiency, a valid NDI Level II certificate, and a minimum four years of recent NDI testing experience across multiple methods. Shift flexibility is possible.

Qualifications

• NDI Level II requires certification for methods and documentation.
• Minimum four years of recent NDI testing experience.
• Knowledge of MIL-STD-410 and CAMS documentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform NDI inspections on aircraft, engines, and ground support equipment.
• Operate and maintain NDI equipment; develop, process, and interpret radiographs.
• Train and direct assigned personnel; monitor NDI testing per procedures.
• Annotate maintenance actions and communicate defects to maintenance teams.
• Promote safety, housekeeping, and tool control; assist in certs and certifications.
