Job summary

D&G Solutions, on-site in Elizabeth City, North Carolina, seeks a Non-Destructive Inspector (NDI) Evaluator and Tester to provide Level II NDI support to the USCG Aviation Logistics Center under the TSS contract.

You will inspect aircraft structures and components, evaluate ND parameters, and apply NAS410 methods to support airworthiness across Coast Guard assets (C-27J, HC-144, C-130, MH-60, MH-65). Requires 4+ years NDI, NAS410 Level II, and physical capability.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of aviation NDI experience.
• Qualified as Level II under NAS410 or equivalent DoD/NAS 410 program.
• Must be certified to Level II in LPT, MPT, ET, and UT.
• Knowledge of aircraft structures and manufacturing processes.
• Ability to reach valid conclusions and provide recommendations.
• Able to meet physical requirements including lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a Level II ND Inspector on aircraft and components.
• Evaluate ND parameters and suggest process improvements.
• Identify anomalies and recommend procedures.
• Apply ND techniques to assess manufacturing and repair processes.
• Support airworthiness by ensuring processes yield airworthy components.
• Provide ND expertise in failure analysis and investigations.
