Job summary

The role includes supervising Level 1 technicians, contributing to audits, and supporting RCCA activities, with travel up to 5%. A formal 80+ hour NDI training background and a Level II ultrasonic certification are required.

Qualifications

• 80+ hours of formal classroom training in NDI techniques, including ultrasonic inspection.
• 800 hours of directly related NDI experience verified by documentation.
• Ultrasonic Level II certification required.

Responsibilities

• Perform non-destructive inspection using ultrasonic methods to verify parts meet customer requirements.
• Set up and standardize NDI equipment; process parts; interpret results for acceptance or rejection.
• Lead and supervise Level 1 NDI Technicians and support Level 2 qualifications.
• Conduct system performance checks and participate in audits and RCCA events.
• Travel up to 5% domestically/internationally.
