Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct NDE experience within the nuclear power industry.
• Deep expertise across multiple NDE methodologies and nuclear inspection applications.

• Experience acting as a technical authority or SME.
• Proven ability to influence teams and drive operational excellence.
• 3+ years of direct NDE experience within nuclear power.
• Ability to communicate technical findings clearly across engineering and operations groups.

Responsibilities

• Acts as the fleet-level technical SME for nuclear NDE programs.
• Maintains and updates NDE procedures to ensure compliance.
• Leads NDE training and certification programs.
• Serves as technical authority for interpretation of NDE results.
• Supports NRC audits and regulatory reviews.
