Job summary

TEAM, Inc. is seeking highly skilled Advanced Services Inspectors in Gonzales, LA to perform specialized nondestructive examinations using advanced methods.

You will lead inspection scopes, analyze complex data, and serve as a subject matter expert with frequent client interaction, data reporting, and safety-focused execution at a high level. Preferred certifications and refinery/petrochemical experience support this role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug/alcohol screening.
• TWIC, DISA or site access credentials obtained.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced NDE techniques per TEAM procedures and client specifications.
• Operate and configure advanced equipment and scanning systems.
• Collect, interpret, and analyze data; provide detailed reports and recommendations.
• Interface with clients and engineers to explain findings and objectives.
• Maintain proficiency in data acquisition software and digital reporting.
• Supervise and mentor junior technicians in field setups.
• Contribute to project planning, scan plans, and procedure reviews.
• Adhere to safety protocols and TEAM core values.
