Job summary

TEAM, Inc. is seeking highly skilled Advanced Services Inspectors to perform specialized nondestructive examinations using advanced methods and techniques across refinery, petrochemical, power, pipeline, and other industrial sectors.

Successful candidates will lead inspection scopes, analyze complex data, and serve as subject matter experts, while interfacing with clients and engineers to ensure all mission critical objectives are met and safety protocols are followed.

Qualifications

• Advanced NDE techniques aligned with client specs and industry codes.
• Ability to interpret complex inspection data and generate precise reports.
• Strong client-facing communication and SME role in field inspections.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced NDE techniques per TEAM procedures and client specs.
• Operate and configure advanced inspection equipment and scanning systems.
• Collect, interpret, and report complex inspection data with recommendations.
• Interface with clients and engineers to verify objectives and results.
• Maintain proficiency in data acquisition software and digital reporting platforms.
• Mentor junior technicians in advanced inspection setups and fieldwork.
• Contribute to project planning, scan plans, and procedure reviews.
• Adhere to safety protocols and TEAM standards.
