Job summary

Team Industrial Services is seeking Advanced Services Inspectors to perform specialized nondestructive examinations using advanced methods. The role requires leading inspection scopes, analyzing data, and serving as subject-matter experts on complex projects for refinery and industrial clients.

Applicants should have multiple NDT certifications or equivalents, extensive field experience, and the ability to travel.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required with ability to obtain necessary credentials.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to explain results to clients and engineers.
• Ability to travel, work extended hours, and operate in field environments including confined spaces and extreme weather.
• Must be able to obtain TWIC, DISA, and/or other site access credentials.
• RSO preferred; NACE Level III required.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced NDE techniques per TEAM procedures and client specs.
• Operate and configure advanced inspection equipment and scanning systems.
• Collect, interpret, and analyze complex inspection data; provide detailed reports and recommendations.
• Interface with clients and engineers to ensure mission-critical objectives are met.
• Supervise and mentor junior technicians in field setups and testing.
• Contribute to scan plans, procedures, and qualification reviews as needed.
