Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field.
• 5+ years of software development experience with significant Salesforce/nCino.
• Hands-on development with Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce APIs.
• Experience designing and supporting complex nCino/Salesforce solutions with multiple integrations.
• Onsite technical expert with ability to coordinate stakeholders and teams.

Responsibilities

• Own technical delivery across the development lifecycle from analysis to production stabilization.
• Translate business and lending requirements into scalable nCino/Salesforce solutions.
• Lead technical discussions, design reviews, and release-readiness activities.
• Coordinate multiple workstreams with onsite and offshore teams.
• Mentor team members and promote engineering best practices.
• Ensure security, governance, and performance considerations are baked into designs.
