Job summary

Columbia Bank in Phoenix, AZ seeks an experienced Salesforce Developer II to design, develop, and deliver enterprise-grade nCino and Salesforce solutions. You will implement Apex and LWC, build flows and Screen Flows, and support complex integrations and Experience Cloud portals.

The role emphasizes governance, performance, and maintainability, with collaboration across product, business analysis, and ops teams. On-site work is required and a strong security/compliance mindset is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 4-7 years of Salesforce development experience in enterprise environments.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required; II or other advanced certs preferred.
• Strong experience with Apex, SOQL, LWC, Screen Flows, and platform development best practices.
• Experience with nCino, integrations, and Experience Cloud is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy nCino and Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Flows and Visualforce.
• Build and support custom functionality via Apex, SOQL, and asynchronous processing.
• Develop Experience Cloud portals and Salesforce integrations with REST APIs and Platform Events.
• Support CI/CD, release management, and production support processes.
• Mentor junior developers and participate in architecture discussions.
