Job summary

Coastal is seeking a Senior Consultant to support growth with a focus on nCino engagements. You will review, analyze, and evaluate business systems, requirements, and user needs, and independently implement complex solutions.

You will lead parts of projects and manage engagements, while driving technology-enabled process improvements. The role emphasizes Salesforce administration, data migration, integration, and effective stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of work experience in the field with consulting experience
• Hands-on experience with nCino and Salesforce
• Active Salesforce Administrator or comparable certification

Responsibilities

• Lead portions of projects or manage engagements
• Conduct meetings and prepare business process documentation
• Perform process analysis and data modeling
• Collaborate with coastal and client teams to ensure success
