Job summary

IPolarity is seeking a Sr. Salesforce & nCino Developer to design, develop, configure, and support enterprise lending solutions on the Salesforce platform. Hybrid work options are available for roles in Phoenix, AZ or Charlotte, NC.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of Salesforce experience, with strong nCino expertise, Apex/Triggers, LWC, REST/SOAP integrations, and a background in Banking or Financial Services. Collaboration with Product Owners and QA teams is essential.

Qualifications

8+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience.
Strong hands-on experience with the nCino platform.
Strong Salesforce Configuration and Development experience.
Experience with Apex, Triggers, LWC/Aura.
Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and Salesforce integrations.
Strong understanding of Salesforce security, sharing, and visibility.
Experience in Banking, Financial Services, or Commercial Lending preferred.
Experience with Agile methodology and SDLC practices.

Responsibilities

Design, configure, develop, implement, and support solutions on the nCino Bank Operating System built on Salesforce.
Configure and customize nCino modules including Commercial Lending, Loan Origination, Customer Engagement, and Portfolio Management.
Develop Salesforce solutions using Apex, Triggers, LWC, Aura Components, and Visualforce.
Configure custom objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, Flows, approval processes, and security settings.
Design and implement REST/SOAP API integrations between Salesforce/nCino and external applications.
Perform data mapping, migration, transformation, and data quality activities.
Implement Salesforce security, sharing rules, profiles, permission sets, and visibility controls.
Develop reports, dashboards, and UI enhancements.
Participate in code reviews, testing, CI/CD, release management, and production support.
Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, QA teams, and business stakeholders.
Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.
