Job summary

Abacus Technology Corporation is seeking an NC3 and Space Systems Mission Area Subject Matter Expert (SME) to provide critical technical support for the Technical Advisory and Assistance Services (TAAS) program based at Hanscom AFB, Massachusetts. This full-time position requires extensive experience in military satellite communications and a strong background in systems engineering.

The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of relevant experience, along with a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, and possess advanced knowledge of NC3 systems. Key responsibilities include advising on technical aspects, supporting evaluations for nuclear effects, and collaborating with varied stakeholders.

The projected compensation range for this role is $154,075-$176,800, alongside a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in systems and communications engineering.
• Experience with Space and NC3 missions and Major Commands.
• Advanced knowledge in NC3 and EHF satellite community.

Responsibilities

• Advise on operational and technical aspects of NC3 systems.
• Support evaluation of terminal performance for nuclear effects.
• Facilitate exchanges and meetings with program stakeholders.
