Job summary

PE Systems, Inc. is seeking a SNC3 and Space Mission Area SME to support NC3 programs at Hanscom AFB, MA. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of NC3 missions, policies, and objectives, advising management on effectiveness and sustainability of NC3 operations.

They will collaborate with program offices, MAJCOMs, and industry partners to develop acquisition documents, briefs, and schedules, ensuring secure, reliable NC3 communications in challenging environments.

Qualifications

• Security clearance TS/SCI required.
• DoD experience strongly preferred.
• Travel to facility sites possible; valid driver’s license and proof of insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior advisor on operational and technical NC3 satellite communications.
• Provide specialized expertise on EHF satellite constellations and SATCOM terminals.
• Explain how EHF terminals support Emergency Action Messages (EAMs) and force direction.
• Evaluate EHF terminal performance in nuclear environments and post-nuclear conditions.
• Plan satellite resources and support interoperability/testing with government and industry partners.
