Job summary

Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. (SPA) seeks a senior NC3 Cyber Analyst to lead analysis, integration, and advocacy for cyber hardening across the Department of the Air Force’s NC3 enterprise. This role ensures NC3 systems remain resilient and secure so leaders can exercise NC2 under all conditions.

The successful candidate has an active TS/SCI clearance, a technical degree, and 8+ years in cybersecurity operations or mission-critical DoD/IC environments, with RMF/NIST guidance experience.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in cybersecurity, computer science, information systems, engineering, or related technical field.
  • 8+ years of experience in cybersecurity operations, engineering, or cyber risk management, with focus on mission-critical or command-and-control systems in DoD/IC.
  • Experience assessing resiliency and survivability of complex systems against cyber/physical/EW threats and translating into recommendations.
  • Familiarity with NC3 or other nuclear/strategic C2 environments and how cyber vulnerabilities intersect with mission assurance.

Responsibilities

  • Lead analysis, integration, and advocacy for cyber hardening across NC3 and AF governance bodies.
  • Develop senior-leader packages, technical inputs, and talking points for NC3 risk discussions.
  • Coordinate with DAF CIO/CISO, MAJCOMs, and other stakeholders to align cyber risk with budgets and programs.
