Job summary

A prominent defense contractor is seeking a Mid-Grade Policies and Concepts Specialist to provide expertise in NC2 and NC3 operations at Offutt AFB in Bellevue, NE. The role requires a Top Secret/SCI clearance and at least 5 years of experience with NC2/NC3 capabilities. Responsibilities include supporting strategic operations and managing risk. Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience with NC2/NC3 operation capabilities.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience developing responses for Senior-level decision documentation.
• Familiarity with USSTRATCOM organization preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide Advisory and Assistance Support to support the NC3 Enterprise Center.
• Manage NC3 operations including operational and technical risk assessment.
• Support planning and execution of Strategic Deterrence and NC3 operations.
