Job summary

Flowserve is seeking an experienced CNC Programmer to independently design, develop, and validate CNC programs for a range of metal cutting tools on Mazak Integrex machines. You will support the NC programming team, read drawings, and ensure on-time delivery while maintaining safety, quality, and process efficiency.

The role requires 5-7 years of CNC programming experience, strong data analysis and communication skills, and proficiency in Esprit CAM (AutoCAD a plus).

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of relevant CNC programming experience required.
• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Experience with Mazak Integrex machines preferred.
• Ability to read technical drawings and GD&T symbols.
• Proficiency in CAM software, especially Esprit; CAD/CAM familiarity expected.
• Imperial units and shop floor practices knowledge necessary.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and validate CNC programs for metal cutting tools.
• Provide production support and troubleshoot tooling/process issues.
• Create programs in Esprit CAM and adjust tool paths from drawings.
• Coordinate with NC programmer team and engineering to roll out jobs.
• Ensure on-time delivery and maintain safety and quality standards.
