Job summary

Deutsche Bank is seeking an experienced Senior Associate to join the NBFI Coverage team in New York. The role focuses on building relationships with large international Non-Bank Financial Institutions, supporting origination, KYC, and client service.

You will contribute to marketing, deal execution, and the development of the Insurance sector vertical within Global Coverage. The position requires strong financial analysis, regulatory understanding, and collaboration across global teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial services, preferably Corporate Banking.
• Understanding of NBFI clients (insurance, asset managers, brokers).
• Strong Excel-based modeling and quantitative skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to synthesize complex problems.

Responsibilities

• Support lead coverage bankers in developing client relationships with NBFI clients.
• Produce analysis of clients, compile competitor data, and support pitch book creation.
• Assist with origination activities, strategy, and KYC due diligence for new clients.
• Develop and support the Insurance sector vertical within the NBFI coverage.
• Maintain high standards in internal and external materials and client communications.
