FedTech seeks an experienced reviewer to assess Navy technology transfer agreements for accuracy, compliance, and readiness for execution. You will compare against templates and policy, identify issues, and coordinate with stakeholders to address deviations.

This role emphasizes compliance review and quality control in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include IP provisions, CUI flow-downs, export controls, and documenting findings to inform policy improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience reviewing licenses, CRADAs, patent licenses, and education partnership agreements.
• Knowledge of background/foreground IP, government use rights, and field of use.
• Attention to detail and ability to communicate complex issues clearly.

Responsabilités

• Review technology transfer agreements (CRADAs, licenses, education partnerships, MTAs, NDAs) against templates and policy.
• Assess IP provisions, including background/foreground IP and license scope.
• Review CUI provisions, marking, handling and flow-downs.
• Identify export control considerations and coordinate with experts for review.
• Document deviations and propose next steps; maintain checklists and logs.
• Provide feedback to improve templates, guidance, and processes.
• Support timely reviews during high volume periods while maintaining quality.
