Job summary

FedTech in Arlington, VA seeks a seasoned professional to design and deliver training for Navy technology transfer programs. You will own the learning experience from curriculum development through delivery and evaluation, ensuring participants gain practical knowledge for grant and contract navigation.

The role requires 6+ years in DoW/Navy tech transfer, expertise in CRADAs, IP licensing, and education partnerships, plus strong presentation skills. U.S.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in DoW or Navy technology transfer programs, including designing and delivering training.
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills with ability to engage diverse audiences.
• U.S. citizenship is required; security clearance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop DON technology transfer training briefs and materials for ORTAs to deliver to scientists, engineers, leadership, industry, and academic partners.
• Create best-practice resources and toolkits on invention evaluation, IP portfolio management, and licensing processes.
• Coordinate and support ORTA and Legal training workshops and assist with delivery.
• Draft DON technology transfer Annual Report content and support award submissions.
• Provide technical support to DON technology transfer offices on training and communications initiatives.
• Gather stakeholder feedback to improve training and resources.
