Job summary

Requirements include a decade of program management experience in Navy contexts, knowledge of NAVSEA and modernization processes, MS Project proficiency, and a Secret clearance. U.S. citizenship is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Ten years of experience as a program manager supporting U.S. Navy HM&E, navigation, or combat systems.
• Extensive Navy modernization program (NMP) processes and scheduling/ planning experience.
• Working knowledge of NAVSEA, Surface fleet, and Carrier fleet organizations.
• U.S. citizenship and a secret security clearance are required.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale R&D, test and evaluation, construction, and modernization programs.
• Oversee engineering, financial, risk, scheduling, and planning aspects of programs.
• Provide technical oversight to meet milestones and performance standards.
• Monitor progress and report status, addressing issues and risks as they arise.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful project execution.
• Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Maintain stakeholder communication with regular status updates.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and drive continuous process improvement.
