Job summary

Decision Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Senior Program Manager in Ventura County, CA. This on-site role focuses on Navy lifecycle sustainment and depot-level repair programs, reporting to leadership and coordinating with PCO, COR, and other stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years of program management experience, direct Navy in-service engineering exposure, and a track record of delivering major programs on time and within budget. Limited travel is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any technical or managerial discipline.
• 15+ years as a Program/Project/Task Manager delivering major programs or technology advancement efforts.
• Experience managing large-scale, multi-year projects with sub-programs or tasks.
• Experience negotiating with internal and external stakeholders to obtain resources.

Responsibilities

• Program Planning and Control: resource management, scheduling, risk management, budgeting and quality control.
• Performance monitoring and reporting to stakeholders.
• Establish communication with PCO, Contract Specialist, and COR.
• ROM development and contract status meetings.
• Manage subcontractors and staffing to meet shipbuilding/repair program objectives.
• Maintain customer relationships and respond to new customer requirements.
