Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required with 12+ years of relevant experience; Graduate Degree with 10+ years preferred.
• PMP certification or ability to obtain within 1 year.
• Ability to obtain US Secret Clearance and travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Directs all phases of production programs from inception through completion.
• Leads program reviews with Navy and government stakeholders.
• Manages cost, schedule, and technical performance of programs or subsystems.
• Oversees resource allocation and prioritization across multiple contracts.
• Coordinates proposals, SOWs, budgets, and technical specifications.
• Serves as primary customer contact for program activities.
