ICI Services Corporation, a 100% employee-owned company, seeks a Mid-Level Integrated Logistics Support Analyst to support the PMS 377 UR Team at NAVSEA in Washington, DC. Applicants must hold an active DoD SECRET clearance.

You will coordinate ILS activities, manage data in IDE, assist in meeting coordination, document actions, and help develop LCSP and DMSMS logistics plans, with up to 10% travel.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Active DoD SECRET clearance required.
• Experience supporting defense or Navy programs is preferred.

ICI Services a 100% employee-owned company proudly celebrating 26 years of excellence is seeking Mid-Level Integrated Logistics Support Analyst to immediately support our PMS 377 UR Team at the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) in Washington, DC.

Security Clearance

Applicants must hold an active Department of Defense (DoD) SECRET personnel security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) activities across program reviews and technical meetings.
• Issue Management: Identifying and preparing responses for ILS issues during various program reviews (PSMTs, QPRs, BWSRs, ILA/LSA).
• Meeting Coordination & Support: Assisting with, participating in, coordinating, and documenting various ILS meetings (PSMT, LSA, LHA/LPD ILS meetings). This includes recording minutes, providing logistical support, briefing, and tracking action items.
• Documentation & Quality Assurance: Assessing and providing feedback on ILS documentation, draft instructions, and product deliverables. This also includes assisting in the development of logistics support plans (LCSP, DMSMS) and considering logistics in program planning.
• Data Management: Managing and updating action databases and performing tasks within an Integrated Data Environment (IDE), such as folder creation and document uploads.
• CDRL Support: Serving as the primary backup for coordinating Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) efforts for logistic products related to LHA.

Experience Requirements

• 4-7 years of professional logistics experience supporting defense, military, acquisition, or sustainment programs.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience coordinating meetings, tracking action items, and managing documentation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including:
• Word
• Excel
• PowerPoint
• Outlook
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment supporting Navy stakeholders.

Educational & Certification Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline or equivalent work experience in lieu of a degree.

Travel

• The role requires the ability to travel 10% of the time, so flexibility for occasional travel is needed.
