Job summary

Predicate Logic is recruiting a Training Specialist III to support our Navy client at NIWC-A in Norfolk, VA. The role emphasizes developing and delivering comprehensive training programs for CANES systems and related networks.

Qualified candidates will have extensive ISD-based training experience, strong collaboration with instructional designers, and the ability to troubleshoot and tailor training to fleet personnel in a high-security environment.

Qualifications

• Experience developing and directing training programs using the ISD process.
• Hands-on experience with Navy CANES or TACNET networks; expertise in C4I networks and system administration.
• Ability to analyze technical docs and update curricula; collaborate with instructional designers.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and supervise training and development programs for employees and external customers.
• Plan, organize, and direct a wide range of training activities.
• Respond to service requests from corporate and workers; consult with onsite supervisors.
• Guide clients through appropriate training methods and assess training needs.
• Serve as the primary CANES systems contact to support training delivery.
• Review and update training curriculum, lesson plans, and slides for CANES baselines.
• Collaborate with instructional designers to ensure accuracy of training materials.
• Assist with instructor-led classroom and shipboard training for fleet personnel.
