Job summary

STAHL USA is seeking a Senior Technical Support Manager to provide high-level technical and program management support for Navy and DoD programs. The role requires deep engineering and oversight experience in power systems and related technologies.

The successful candidate will lead engineering support activities, ensure DoD/Navy compliance, and mentor junior staff while coordinating with government and industry stakeholders on complex naval systems projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering required.
• Minimum 15 years of professional experience in DoD acquisition or related program management.
• Experience with Navy/DoD programs and large-scale defense programs.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior-level technical and program management support to Navy and DoD programs.
• Lead engineering support activities involving power systems, control systems, and advanced technologies.
• Manage acquisition processes ensuring DoD and Navy standards compliance.
• Support planning, design, and execution of test and evaluation efforts for naval systems.
• Serve as a senior advisor to government and industry stakeholders on technical, programmatic, and business matters.
• Mentor and guide junior technical staff and program managers.
