Qualifications

Minimum ten years of experience in engineering for Navigation and Ship Control systems hardware/software refreshes and upgrades.
Fifteen years of experience with Navy Modernization Process (NMP) including Ship Change Document (SCD) and Fielding Plan development.
Clearance: secret; U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

Provide engineering support for design, repair, qualification, installation, operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and testing of Navy submarine and surface ship propulsion/electrical/mechanical/information systems.
Provide shipboard troubleshooting and onsite support to resolve issues and support waterfront maintenance of submarine HM&E systems.
Assist with development, preparation, assessment, and monitoring of proposed test procedures for Navy submarine systems.
Perform related duties as assigned.
