Job summary

Sawdey Solution Services seeks a Senior Subject Matter Expert - Analytics to provide senior-level analysis and advisory support to COMNAVSURFLANT. The role focuses on Enterprise readiness across PESTONI pillars, identifying gaps, risks, and opportunities to inform senior decision-makers.

Responsibilities include developing data-driven analyses, visualizations, and actionable recommendations using Tableau and Power BI, with DoD PPBE and strategic guidance experience.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher from an accredited college or university.
• Strong analytical and advisory capabilities for senior decision-makers.
• Experience with data visualization tools and complex data interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior-level analytical and advisory support on readiness, prioritization, and execution.
• Analyze PESTONI pillars to identify gaps and opportunities for readiness improvement.
• Develop executive summaries, dashboards, and decision-support products for Flag-level leadership.
