Technology Service Corporation (TSC) seeks a Systems Engineer to join our radar systems team in Virginia. You will lead current and future radar system design, integration, and production efforts supporting a Navy program.

The role emphasizes shipboard radar operations, SPY-6 integration, and working across engineering disciplines to deliver validated sensor systems with a strong focus on test, verification, and risk management. U.S. citizenship and active secret clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of DoD or industry experience.
• Active secret clearance and U.S. citizenship required.
• Experience with shipboard radar systems and AEGIS interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Lead radar system design and production activities.
• Perform complex radar system engineering, analysis, and sensor software development.
• Assess specifications and perform system integration.
• Support technology insertions, prototyping, and demonstrations.
