Job summary

Envisioneering, Inc. is a veteran-owned small business with over 30 years of defense experience. We seek a Senior Program Manager to support Naval Research Laboratory projects, focusing on ship maintenance and Navy modernization processes.

The role includes leading shipboard projects, developing test planning documents, and coordinating DoD deliverables. A DoD security clearance at time of hire is required, with travel up to 50% as determined by mission needs.

Qualifications

• Experience with ship maintenance roles such as PMT OIC, IMF LPO, or Division Officer.
• Ability to read and understand ships drawings and Technical Data Packages.
• Familiar with Navy Modernization Process and Ship Change Documents.
• Proven ability to produce program-related documentation, reports and briefings for technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Independently execute and manage shipboard projects and provide oversight.
• Serve as a technical lead in development planning documents for test execution.
• Advise on supporting systems to meet equipment performance requirements.
• Assess and ensure compliance of deliverables with DoD contracting requirements within cost and schedule.
• Develop project management plans and capture monthly progress reports.
