Job summary

Envisioneering Inc. seeks a senior program analyst to assist ONR Program Officers in developing technology development programs and roadmaps addressing capability gaps for future naval power and national security.

The role requires monitoring S&T efforts across academia, government labs, and industry, and preparing papers and presentations for diverse audiences, from deckplate sailors to Congressional staff. DoD Top Secret/SCI eligibility is required.

Qualifications

PhD in mathematics, engineering, physics, or related sciences with 15+ years of relevant experience.
Alternatively, a Master’s in mathematics, engineering, physics, or related sciences with 20+ years of relevant experience.
Or a Bachelor’s in mathematics, engineering, physics, or related sciences with 25+ years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

Assist ONR Program Officers in developing technology development programs and roadmaps.
Monitor and evaluate S&T efforts in academia, government laboratories/warfare centers, and industry.
Develop papers and presentations for diverse audiences describing the S&T portfolio and projects.
Present briefings in support of ONR Program Officers as needed.
Work with ONR contracts to develop Statements of Work and requirements for potential S&T performers.
Staff documents and briefings to gain program support and signatures.
