Job summary

Immediate Office of the Chief of Naval Operations is seeking a Supervisory Program Manager in the Integrated Warfare Division (N9I) to lead program teams and manage personnel.

The role requires deep knowledge of OSD, Joint Staff (JROC, JCB, FCBs) and COCOM planning and the PPBE system/process, plus a broad understanding of the Navy program of record. The incumbent will brief Flag Officers and Senior Executives and coordinate Navy/DoD acquisition activities.

Qualifications

• Specialized experience equivalent to GS-14 in DoD planning and budgeting (PPBE) processes.
• Experience briefing Flag Officers and Senior Executives.
• Familiarity with Navy/DoD requirements management and acquisition processes.
