Job summary

Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division (NAWCTSD) is seeking a Level II Program Manager to lead complex acquisition programs. You will head Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), coordinate with DoD organizations, and craft strategic roadmaps supporting system development, production, and sustainment.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and experience managing resources and risks in a DoD environment. Maryland location; on-site work expected.

Responsibilities

• Lead IPTs to plan, execute, and deliver acquisition programs within cost, schedule, performance, and risk limits.
• Develop and implement acquisition strategies, integrated program plans, and long-term roadmaps for system development, production, and sustainment.
• Identify and manage program resources (funding, personnel, facilities, contracts) while monitoring risks and mitigation strategies.
• Integrate requirements and coordinate across functions and with internal and external stakeholders to meet program objectives and operational requirements.
• Represent the program office to senior leadership and DoD, providing program briefings, status updates, and recommendations on program execution and key issues.
