Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 9+ years of relevant experience in electronics manufacturing or depot repair.
• Ability to multi-task and interact with multiple customers and stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with Configuration Management and ERP/interface tools.
• 4+ years of team management experience.
• Proficient with MS Office tools, particularly Excel.
• U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Assist with direct operational management of multiple programs to meet standards and contract requirements.
• Assist with defining manufacturing requirements and plans with customers and development teams.
• Provide input to processes, standards, and operational plans to implement strategies.
• Provide hands-on Subject Matter Expertise in program execution.
• Monitor and direct matrixed staff operations.
• Review work products for compliance with customer requirements across all tasks.
• Assist with on-time delivery of all program deliverables and expand scope of work.
• Provide status updates and reports to customers and managers.
• Provide labor and material estimates for new business opportunities.
• Consolidate program labor requirements and forecast reports.
