Job summary

SAIC is seeking a Production Control Team Manager to support the US Navy in Indianapolis, IN. This role leads direct and matrixed teams to ensure on‑time delivery, quality, and alignment with contractual requirements.

You will collaborate with customers, development teams, and internal stakeholders to define manufacturing plans and execute program requirements. The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree with extensive manufacturing or depot repair experience, strong MS Office skills (Excel),

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with nine (9) years of prior relevant experience in Electronics manufacturing or Depot Repair.
• Hands‑on technical experience with Configuration Management and ERP systems.
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple customers and stakeholders.
• Demonstrable experience with MS Office tools, particularly Excel.
• Four (4+) plus years of team management experience.
• U.S Citizenship required and ability to obtain Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Assist with direct operational management of multiple programs to meet standards and requirements.
• Assist with defining manufacturing requirements and plans with customers and development teams.
• Provide input to processes, standards, and operational plans to implement strategies.
• Provide hands‑on Subject Matter Expertise in program execution.
• Monitor and direct matrixed staff operations.
• Review work products for completeness and compliance with customer requirements.
• Assist with delivering on-time delivery at required quality levels.
• Leverage programs and customer relationships to expand scope and opportunities.
• Provide regular program status updates and reports to customers and managers.
• Provide labor and material estimates for new business opportunities.
• Provide consolidated labor requirements and forecast reports.
