Job summary

Noblis is seeking a Senior Operations Analyst to facilitate and coordinate Navy regional maintenance programs, ship repair oversight, and fleet readiness. The role focuses on coordinating between CNRMC, PAE IO, and ports worldwide to plan maintenance and repair activities.

The position requires a SECRET clearance, 14+ years Navy experience, strong MS Office skills, and travel to OCONUS Pacific ports and DC throughout the year.

Qualifications

• Program management experience within Navy maintenance environments.
• Proven ability to brief senior military officers and executives.
• Strong MS Office skills (PowerPoint and Excel).
• Extended travel to international ports and domestic locations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and report naval maintenance programs, processes, and procedures.
• Report performance to leadership and stakeholders.
• Support certifications for private ship repair activities in the Indo-Pacific AOR.
• Coordinate MOA implementations between Navy and foreign maintenance activities.
• Interface with senior military and executive leadership.
• Prepare and deliver weekly and monthly business/financial briefs.
• Develop reports and data insights for policy improvements.
• Build relationships with shipyards, repair facilities, and vendors in foreign ports.
• Develop policies supporting CNRMC/NSA roles and responsibilities.
