Job summary

Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. (SPA) provides high-impact solutions for complex national security issues. The team supports NAVSEA submarine programs, including SSBN/SSN efforts, through technical logistics guidance and cross-agency collaboration.

This role offers 100% telework eligibility with no travel expected and requires a Secret DoD clearance. As a Technical Program Analyst, you will coordinate with NAVSEA, SSP Program Offices, NAVSUP, and DLA to resolve maintenance and material

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in a business or technical field.
7+ years proven experience in logistics operations, within the Federal Supply System.
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities for collaboration across diverse teams.
Current DoD security clearance - Secret, with the ability to maintain it.

Responsibilities

Research and resolve supply support impediments and coordinate with DCMA/SIB for supplier performance.
Expand the Defense Industrial Base by developing new vendor partnerships for reverse engineering obsolete parts.
Lead end-to-end part lifecycle activities to deliver trusted components sustaining submarine programs.
Support identification of financial programming and resourcing needs for PMS396L2 operations.
Coordinate with internal and external partners as main contact for urgent logistical inquiries.
Analyze processes, implement enhancements, and deliver cost-effective logistical solutions.
