Job summary

Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. (SPA) seeks a Technical Program Analyst to support the SSBN In-Service Program Office. You will coordinate with NAVSEA, NAVSUP, and DLA for complex maintenance and material issues, enabling the in-service submarine fleet.

This role emphasizes logistics guidance, vendor relations, and end-to-end lifecycle management. Requirements include a 7+ year logistics background, DoD clearance (Secret), and strong communication across diverse stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or technical field is required.
• 7+ years of logistics operations experience in the Federal Supply System.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities across diverse teams.
• Active DoD Secret clearance or higher.

Responsibilities

• Research and resolve supply support impediments and coordinate with DCMA/SIB.
• Develop new vendor partnerships for reverse engineering obsolete parts.
• Lead end-to-end part lifecycle activities for submarine sustainment.
• Identify financial programming and resourcing needs for PMS396L2.
• Coordinate with internal and external partners as the main contact for urgent inquiries.
• Analyze processes and deliver cost-effective logistical solutions.
