The SSBN In-Service Program Office role supports naval submarine logistics, coordinating with NAVSEA, NAVSUP, DLA, and DCMA to resolve complex maintenance and procurement issues. The position requires a DoD Secret clearance, 7+ years in federal logistics, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to drive end-to-end supply chain processes in a dynamic defense

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in a business or technical field.
7+ years in logistics operations within the Federal Supply System.
Strong organizational and analytical problem-solving skills.
Current DoD security clearance - Secret, with the ability to maintain it throughout employment.

Responsibilities

Provide technical and programmatic support to the SSBN In-Service Program Office (PMS396).
Coordinate among Submarine Fleet stakeholders, NAVSEA/NAVSUP/DLA to resolve maintenance and material issues.
Research and resolve supply support impediments and optimize procurement actions.
Expand the Defense Industrial Base by developing reliable vendor partnerships for reverse engineering obsolete parts.
Lead end-to-end part lifecycle activities to deliver trusted submarine components.
Identify financial programming and resourcing needs for PMS396L2 operations.
