Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in natural resources or environmental consulting.
• Demonstrated experience as a self-starter who has built or expanded a consulting program.
• Strong understanding of Oregon and federal wetland and aquatic resource regulations.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow Trinity's natural resources consulting presence in Oregon.
• Develop and maintain client relationships across various markets.
• Provide people leadership, including hiring, mentoring, and coaching.
