Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in gas scheduling, strong Excel data skills, and tolerance for on-call coverage during evenings, weekends, and holidays. The role supports North American operations and requires market awareness.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of natural gas scheduling experience.
• Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
• Experience using Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Willing and able to participate in an on-call rotation and provide support during evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with traders, analysts, and stakeholders to develop and execute scheduling strategies.
• Coordinate with pipeline operators, storage providers, and transport companies to ensure timely gas delivery.
• Monitor market conditions, capacities, inventories, and rates to optimize scheduling decisions.
• Maintain records of transportation contracts, nominations, confirmations, and scheduling activities.
• Resolve scheduling discrepancies and support contract disputes with internal teams.
