Dunigan Bros. Inc. is seeking an experienced General Superintendent to lead our natural gas pipeline field operations.

This senior role oversees field personnel, project execution, safety, quality, productivity, equipment utilization, and manpower planning across multiple pipeline projects. The ideal candidate has extensive hands-on natural gas pipeline construction experience and a deep understanding of planning, staffing, construction, testing, and project completion.

Formación

• Extensive natural gas pipeline construction experience required.
• Senior field leadership experience in pipeline construction preferred.
• Excellent knowledge of construction safety and quality requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Provide overall leadership for natural gas pipeline field operations.
• Oversee multiple projects and field personnel to meet schedules and budgets.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to develop execution plans, schedules, and manpower requirements.
• Plan manpower and equipment across projects to ensure qualified personnel are available.
• Ensure field leadership accountability for safety, quality, production, and crew performance.
• Review drawings, specs, and construction plans to align with customer requirements.
