Qualifications

• Extensive natural gas pipeline construction experience required.
• Experience in senior field leadership roles (Superintendent/General Superintendent).
• Strong knowledge of pipeline construction sequencing, methods, equipment, manpower, and production.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, alignment sheets, and project documentation.
• Proven ability to manage multiple crews and projects with a focus on safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and direction for natural gas pipeline field operations.
• Oversee Superintendents, Foremen, crews, and field personnel across multiple projects.
• Develop project execution plans, schedules, manpower requirements, equipment needs, and production goals.
• Plan and coordinate field manpower to ensure qualified personnel are assigned to projects.
