Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; Master’s degree a plus.
• PE license required or equivalent professional licensure.
• 10+ years NATM/SEM or tunnel construction management experience.
• Proven Resident Engineer/Construction Manager experience in tunneling.

Responsabilités

• Field Engineer manages NATM/SEM work and reporting for Piney Branch Tunnel.
• Serve as Field Representative for Engineer-of-Record on LJB designs.
• Determine initial support type in the field and monitor tunnel.
• Perform construction inspection; attend meetings; prepare reports.
• Facilitate daily RES meetings on site and present Daily Report.
• Coordinate with utilities and approval agencies; support QA/QC.
• Review materials testing for conformance to contract docs.
• Maintain logs: Risk Registry, RFIs, RFQs, CCOs, Submittals.
• Track deficiencies, provide schedule feedback; ensure contract compliance.
