Job summary

Guidehouse seeks a Senior Program Manager to lead contract support for a federal law enforcement customer in Tysons, VA. You will serve as the primary point of contact and provide strategic oversight of execution, personnel management, logistics, and program performance across Government and Contractor teams.

Candidate will have an active Top Secret clearance, 20+ years of experience (15+ in law enforcement), and a proven ability to coordinate with COs, CORs, and agency leadership.

Qualifications

• ACTIVE and MAINTAINED Top Secret clearance (Federal or DoD)
• Bachelor's degree required
• 20+ years of professional experience, incl. 15+ years in law enforcement
• Experience leading large federal programs with contract oversight
• Experience interfacing with Government leadership, COs, and CORs
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to manage multiple priorities

Responsibilities

• Lead contract support for administrative and operational functions
• Provide strategic oversight of contract execution, staffing, logistics, and program performance
• Serve as primary interface with Government stakeholders and leadership
• Ensure timely recruitment, onboarding, deployment and staff support
• Oversee property management, invoicing, reports, and contract deliverables
