We are seeking a Deputy Program Manager to lead Operations Support activities for a federal law enforcement customer in support of critical mission operations. In this senior leadership role, you will provide executive-level management and oversight of operational contract activities, serving as the primary point of contact for operational matters across the program.
You will work closely with Government stakeholders, including the Contracting Officer (CO), Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), and agency leadership, to ensure successful execution of operational support requirements and alignment with mission objectives. The Deputy Program Manager will support the Senior Program Manager in overseeing contract implementation, personnel management, logistics, reporting, and operational performance.
Responsibilities include facilitating communication and coordination between Government and Contractor personnel, supporting workforce recruitment and deployment, managing Government‑furnished property, ensuring delivery of contract‑required reports and deliverables, and maintaining accountability for operational performance. The role requires a collaborative leader who can effectively manage multiple priorities, drive operational excellence, and support mission success within a dynamic law enforcement environment.
An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED "SECRET" Federal or DoD security clearance Bachelor's degree.
FIFTEEN (15) or more years of professional experience, including at least TEN (10) years supporting law enforcement personnel or law enforcement operations.
Experience should include, but not limited to: Experience supporting the management and execution of federal contracts involving operational support, personnel management, logistics, and performance oversight. Experience coordinating with Government leadership, Contracting Officers (COs), Contracting Officer's Representatives (CORs), and other key stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to oversee contract implementation, manage operational priorities, and ensure compliance with contract requirements.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships across Government and Contractor organizations.
