Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Deputy Program Manager in the Tysons area to lead Operations Support for a federal law enforcement client. The role requires executive-level oversight of contract activities and coordination with COs, CORs, and agency leadership to ensure mission-aligned performance.

The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of experience, including 10+ years in law enforcement operations, a current SECRET clearance, and a Bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

• Active and maintained SECRET clearance required.
• 15+ years of professional experience; at least 10 years in law enforcement or law enforcement operations.
• Experience managing federal contracts involving operational support, personnel management, logistics, and performance oversight.
• Experience coordinating with Government leadership, COs/CORs, and other stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication and ability to build relationships across Government and Contractor organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead Operations Support activities for a federal law enforcement customer and oversee contract execution.
• Serve as primary point of contact for operational matters across the program.
• Support Senior Program Manager in contract implementation, personnel management, logistics, and reporting.
• Coordinate with Government and Contractor teams to meet mission objectives and deliverables.
• Recruitment and deployment support, Government property management, and accountability for operational performance.
