Otsuka America Pharmaceutical, Inc. is seeking a senior Medical Affairs/Market Access leader to drive evidence-based healthcare economic insights for national accounts. You will coordinate with Field Medical Affairs, MML and external partners to educate payers and providers while advancing patient outcomes.

The role emphasizes strategic leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and high travel to national accounts. Strong knowledge of US healthcare and pharmacoeconomics is essential.

Formación

• Advanced degree in pharmacy, medicine, biology, health services research or public health.
• Experience with managed care, PBMs, and national payer landscape.
• Strong pharmacoeconomic and real-world evidence knowledge.
• Excellent organizational ability and prioritization in a dynamic environment.
• Patient-focused mindset with ability to identify customer needs and opportunities.
• Strategic thinking combining business and clinical expertise.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver evidence-based healthcare economic and clinical information to national accounts.
• Lead development and execution of medical strategy for national accounts.
• Communicate payer coverage changes to Field Medical Affairs and downstream teams.
• Collaborate with national payer stakeholders to educate and improve outcomes.
• Lead remote customer engagement projects and payer-aligned platforms.
• Build relationships with national health care decision makers and communicate market insights.
• Liaise with Medical Strategy, GVRWE and other stakeholders to implement strategy.
• Provide strategic input to support medical activities for market access and payers.
• Train Market Access partners on medical concepts and outcomes data.
• Update resources with FMA Training and coordinate with MML teams.
