Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or Business Administration.
• 8+ years of experience preferred.
• Experience with Tableau is desired.
• Proven ability to manage financial components of a business operation.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Travel expectations: 10-15%.

Responsibilities

• Service Management: manage daily logistics operations including departure and delivery to customers; resolve challenges and optimize the process; support customer implementations and disengagements; coordinate with customer service escalation teams; manage courier partner relationships.
